Staff at Specsavers in Hitchin transformed into their favourite superheroes to support Children in Need.
On 14 November staff from the store pulled on their capes for a day of heroics in the name of charity.
The team laid on a spread of delicious treats as part of a bake sale for customers to raise vital funds for the charity. Customers were invited in store to receive important eyecare information and share a bite to eat with the team of superheroes.
Store director, Huw Griffiths, says: ‘We always enjoy supporting Children in Need and this year has been a lot of fun. It is a fantastic charity and the work they do really is amazing.
‘It’s important that we as a community do what we can to make a contribution to this wonderful charity and if we can do this by having a little fun in our superhero outfits, then that’s great!’
