Members of staff at Specsavers in Hinckley have been praised by a customer for excellent customer service.
‘Please pass my thanks to Felicity and Rachael at the Hinckley store.
‘I sat on my new glasses and badly bent both hinges. I took them into the store to see if they could be repaired and explained that I was travelling to Australia very soon and would struggle without these glasses. Felicity went to a lot of trouble to identify and locate replacement frames in case mine were not repairable.
'Rachael took my glasses away and returned them 15 minutes later repaired and cleaned. She then took them up to the workshop to confirm that the frames had not been weakened during their mishap.
‘In total, I was in and out of the shop within 30 minutes having received excellent service.’
