The team at the Hamilton store has said a big thank you to customers for their understanding in the aftermath of a flooding incident.
The store was forced to close following water damage to its top floor test rooms and ground floor retail area.
However, the team pulled together and the store bounced back quickly, reopening within 24 hours of the flood and using the lower floor of the store to continue with tests.
Back to business
Other nearby stores assisted in helping the store including Kirkintilloch which supplied roof tiles.
The stellar efforts of contractors and suppliers also enabled the swift reopening.
Patience and understanding
Store director Emma Foster said: 'Due to these unforeseen circumstances we were forced to close both of our sales floors, which meant we unfortunately had to reschedule some appointments. There may be a slightly longer wait for an appointment over the next two weeks.
'The health and safety of our customers comes first, so it was vital that we closed the store until essential repairs were carried out.
'In the meantime, thank you once again to all of our customers for being patient with us.'
