Miss Mathisen said 'I recently visited the store with my mother who was visiting from Norway. From start to finish the experience was nothing but positive, and we were very impressed with the efficiency and genuine nature of the staff.
'Rebecca assisted us in-store and was able to help my mother in her native tongue. I was thoroughly impressed by this, and though it is a stroke of good luck, it is also impressive that your staff utilises their language skills to offer a better experience.
'The glasses were finished quickly, and we were able to pick them up the next day. Thank you for a great experience!'
