The Greenock store helped a local hospice to raise £43,000 by being the lead sponsor of its masquerade ball.
Glittering charity ball
Staff from the store, who have supported Ardgowan Hospice over the past year by fundraising for the organisation, attended the ball which took place at Greenock Town Hall.
The evening was hosted by broadcaster Suzie McGuire and attended by a crowd of distinguished guests including Provost Martin Brennan.
A silent auction was held to help boost the fundraising total during the ball with the store donating his and hers designer glasses.
Lesley Brown, store director at Specsavers in Greenock, said: ‘We had a fabulous night at the Masquerade Ball and were so proud to support this superb local cause and help it achieve a fantastic fundraising total.’
