Pupils at three Greenock schools have been rewarded for their colourful Easter drawings with a chocolate treat.

Prizes for colourful designs

Specsavers in Greenock tasked primary one and primary two pupils at All Saints Primary School, Gourock Primary School and Newark Primary School with colouring in a template with prizes awarded for the best designs.

Lesley Brown, store director at Specsavers in Greenock, said: ‘We received some egg-cellent drawings from all the schools. It was really tough to pick winners. We’d like to thank each school for taking part in our competition and congratulate our superb winners.’

The lucky winners from All Saints Primary School were Ella Fulton, Jack Graham, Ava Casement, Shannon Morris, Millie Green and Ariana Hunter.

At Newark Primary School, Abigail Crichton, Lucy McEwan, Aidan Morton, Riley Leno and Ellie Stirling won a chocolate treat each.

Jackson Reid, Callum Muir, Lola Reid, Grace McClure, Matthew Stewart and Aylah McAteer from Gourock Primary School also won prizes for their colourful designs.
