Specsavers teamed up with the Oak Mall Shopping Centre to raise funds for Hearing Dogs.
Staff from the audiologists and shopping centre joined Neil, one of the charity’s representatives, and his hearing dog Ginger at a stand in the mall.
Raising awareness and funds
The event raised more than £80 for the charity and helped to raise awareness of hearing loss and the difference a hearing dog can make.
Thomas Allison, clinical audiologist at Specsavers Audiologists in Greenock, said: ‘Our staff thoroughly enjoyed supporting this vital charity and telling shoppers a little about the fantastic work it does.
‘We’d like to thank everyone who stopped to chat to us and make a donation.’
