Customers at Specsavers Greenford can now look forward to some expert styling tips when they pick out their new frames in store.
That is because the store manager, Jessica Lyn Bownes, has just passed a new frame styling course run by the London School of Styling with flying colours.
Picking the perfect frames
Jessica, who became manager of the store in The Broadway earlier this year, has learned more about every aspect of picking the perfect frames for every face.
These include trends, brand awareness, face shapes and colouring, and overall frame visibility.
Great customer experience
Nawaz Haque, store director in Greenford, said: ‘Jessica was already terrific at helping our customers choose the right frames for them – but I am proud of her for extending her skills further by taking this course.
‘At Specsavers Greenford, we really pride ourselves on delivering a great customer experience which means people come and see us time and time again. So if you have not been to see us for a while, come in and let Jessica and the team work their magic on you.’
