Specsavers in Goole turned pink during October to raise vital funds for the Breast Cancer Care charity.
The team at Goole Specsavers embraced the colour pink as a theme for the month, and wore pink outfits to show their commitment to the cause.
Pink hamper prize
At the end of the month one lucky winner took home a hamper full of pink treats, toiletries and accessories. Over the previous four weeks, visitors to the store had been making donations to the charity to be in with a chance of winning.
Robert Winlow, store director at Specsavers in Goole commented: ‘The charity provides invaluable support to victims of the disease so we are thrilled have supported them by raising vital funds.
‘Everyone knows someone who has been affected by cancer and we hope our customers will pledge their support and donate whatever they can.’
