The store team at Specsavers Glenrothes has received positive customer feedback for its determined efforts to help a local woman solve an ongoing optical issue.
‘For many years I have had an ongoing issue with my left eye, however it was my broken glasses which initially brought me to the Glenrothes store.
‘I was welcomed into store with a friendly greeting and went through the usual process before I eventually picked up my new glasses.
‘My sight was still causing me problems, so I returned to Specsavers where I had an extremely helpful appointment with the optician who listened in great detail to my issue and made it very clear he was there to help’.
‘The team offered me various options which I tried and finally with the help of another team member, a solution was found. I can’t thank this team of keen workers enough, I can finally see better than I have in the last 10 years.
‘I can’t praise the team enough - they were not just working for Specsavers as it was clear that they actually cared about the customer and took time to deliver a personal service.’
