Specsavers staff in Folkestone received some great feedback from a mother who needed help with her daughter’s glasses.

‘I wanted to raise a case of wonderful customer service from David, at the Folkestone branch.
‘My 5-year-old daughter is non-verbal and severely autistic. When we visited this branch two weeks ago, she was extremely distressed by the lights/noise and how busy the store was, so we were brought to a darkened, quiet room to wait our turn.
One in a million
‘David was very patient with her and he also organised an out of hours to fit her glasses. My daughter was fairly uncooperative, but he remained patient until we could coax her for a few seconds.
‘Really touched by his kindness and decision to see us after the store had closed and would like him praised – he is one in a million!
‘Thank you so much.’
