The team at Specsavers Farnham has joined forces with Eagle Radio’s Annual Christmas Toy Appeal to make it their best year yet.
Eagle Radio initiative
Each year, Eagle Radio works with the community to help make Christmas memorable for a local child. Local businesses like Specsavers team up with the radio station to provide toy drop off points for their appeal in highly populated high street locations. Eagle’s Christmas Toy Appeal is a very simple appeal that makes a big difference.
All it takes is one toy
Surrey residents who can afford just one extra toy this year are asked to wrap the gift and donate via one of the many drop off points secured by the radio station’s team. Specsavers Farnham are ready to take on the challenge of encouraging staff, customers and residents in their towns to get involved. Lateef Iqba, store director said: ‘We are a family focused business and very much enjoy being part of our local community. It is an honour to be involved in Eagle’s Christmas Toy Appeal and we predict our customers will really embrace it too.”
To be involved, please donate a new toy to Eagle Radio’s Toy Appeal and drop it in the donation box at Specsavers stores in Farnham. Please ensure the toy is new and unwrapped so Eagle Radio can be certain it goes to the right child. Think of the very young right through to teenagers. Please note that the charity does not accept any second hand toys. For more information about Eagle Radio’s Christmas Toy Appeal Drop Off points, visit there website here.
