Members of staff from Specsavers in Evesham paid a visit to children at Wiz Kids out of school club during the summer holidays to talk about eye health.
Maintaining good eye health and vision
The team from the Bridge Street store spent a morning with the children, aged between 4 and 13, presenting them with a range of information about maintaining good eye health and vision.
Store director Amy Liau said: 'The purpose of the visit was to share key facts about eyes and how they work in a fun and interactive way. The children really engaged with us and I think they feel very informed now.'
The Wiz Kids undertook a quiz based on some of the information and fun facts they had learned. Teams battled it out to win an interactive jumbo 3D jigsaw car, presented by the Specsavers staff.
Manager of Wiz Kids, Jemma Bayley, said: 'We had a fabulous morning with the Specsavers team. The children learned lots of new things about looking after your eyes, so it was a really valuable session.'
