The team at Specsavers in Evesham ditched uniforms for cloaks and capes this Halloween in a bid to raise funds for Acorns Children’s Hospice.
There were more treats than tricks in store, with an amazing array of cakes and ghostly goodies. More than £180 was raised on the day.
‘It really was a spook-tacular day,’ said Amy Liau, store director. ‘We think we had the biggest spider in town, more than 2meters, join us – but fortunately it didn’t put anyone off.
‘Thanks to everyone who supported us on the day, the money will go to Acorn’s who provide such valuable support and care to children facing life-limiting or life–threatening illnesses.’
