Staff at the Evesham store helped raise over £100 for the Royal National Institute for the Blind (RNIB).
The team at Specsavers located on 25 Bridge Street, sported sunglasses, shorts and sarongs on Saturday 17 May as part of their beach-themed fundraising day. The team raised a fantastic £101 for the RNIB by selling cakes in return for donations.
CT Wong, store director, says: ‘I’m really pleased that our store managed to raise over £100 for the RNIB. The staff worked hard to bake all the sweet treats in time and we are so thankful to our customers who supported us with their generosity and donations.’
The RNIB is a charity and membership body of and for blind people and those with sight problems.  The charity offers practical and emotional support to those who are losing their sight, are blind or partially-sighted.
