Specsavers' Enniskillen opticians has setting its sights on a significant refurbishment this year.
Shorter waiting times for eye tests
Located on the High Street, Specsavers has been an integral part of the town’s shopping hub since 2001. In the coming months the store will undergo some renovations which will include a third testing room being built, to meet the increasing demand for eye examinations at the town centre store. This will mean shorter waiting times for customers wanting an eye test.
Each Thursday, Joanne Torrens, audiologist will attend the store’s hearing centre to accommodate all hearing customers. There is, however, a three minute ear health check that can be completed in store, on any day, without an appointment. This is available for anyone who might be concerned about their own hearing levels.
Qualified opticians means quality service
Owned and managed by store director, Ronan Rice, Specsavers employs 12 people locally in Enniskillen. Understanding the importance of good customer service and experience, Ronan has invested significantly in his team since 2004, with three members of staff, currently working towards completion of their Cert 3 qualification. Martin Carty, store manager, Caroline Corrigan, optical assistant and Alison Maguire, optical assistant will be completing this qualification in the summer of 2014.
