The team at Specsavers Ellesmere Port were so excited to launch the new range of Premier League frames that they wasted no time in donning their favourite football colours.
Spec-wearing football fanatics in the town can now pledge their team allegiance with their glasses, as Specsavers has launched a new range of Premier League Fan Frames™ specifically for teens.
Whether an Arsenal-loving Gooner, a Liverpool Red or part of Newcastle’s Toon Army, [please amend to local teams if relevant] you’ll find a stylish pair of glasses to help you support them, with eight Premier League teams represented.
And the team at Ellesmere Port showed a real mix of favourite teams when they wore their club’s shirts in store.
Priced at £85 or free for under-16s as part of Specsavers’ NHS offer, fans can also choose an additional free pair of frames in Specsavers’ 2-for-1 offer. The frames are now available in stores nationwide and at Specsavers.com from March.
Robert Byrne, Specsavers’ store director, says; ‘We’re thrilled to be launching these new Fan Frames™ just as the season is hotting up ahead of the final scramble for Champions League places.
‘While we’d recommend contact lenses or glasses specifically designed for sports for the pitch itself, these specs let football supporters wear their support at home or in the stands on their sleeve, or indeed their temple.’
At Specsavers all under-16s get a free NHS eye test. All glasses in Specsavers’ kids’ £64 and teens’ £85 ranges are free with under-16s’ NHS funding. Specs wearers can also choose a second pair from the £64 or £85 range, free. Both pairs can come with SuperTough Trivex® single vision lenses with a scratch-resistant treatment, or tinted prescription lenses and a UV filter free in the second pair.
