An East Kilbride customer has praised staff at her local store for their excellent customer service.
The customer called the store with vision concerns so staff ensured the customer was given an appointment the same day for an eye examination.
The customer commented: ‘Upon arriving at the store, I was greeted by Anna. I was actually taken aback with the wonderful service she delivered. She was very genuine, very kind and warm. She really had the wow factor.
‘The optician who conducted my eye test was amazing! They completely put me at ease and reassured me.’

Store director at Specsavers in East Kilbride, Shirley Ann Kennedy, said: ‘Whenever a customer comes to us with concerns about their sight, we always do everything we can to get to the bottom of the problem.
‘We typically recommend going for an eye test every two years but it is important to book an appointment if you have any concerns or you notice a sudden change in your vision.’
