Specsavers Eastbourne are celebrating the news that their in store trainers, Clare Harris and Elaine Dickens, have achieved gold status for that role.
Clare and Elaine joined a group of other in store trainers from across the south east to complete the training in January.
Supporting the team
The role of in store trainer involves identifying the development needs of other staff at the store, and also identifying opportunities for them to fill any gaps.
The training course supports in store trainers by proving them with the skills and knowledge they need to support others.
Proud store director
Martin East, store director in Eastbourne, said: ‘Clare and Elaine do a terrific job of supporting the rest of the team alongside their day jobs, and we are delighted they have achieved Gold status as in store trainers.
‘We are very proud to have them on the team – and look forward to seeing them continue to put their skills to good use for staff and customers alike.’
