Specsavers is always striving to provide the highest quality of care possible for their customers so its great to receive feedback reflecting this. A recent customer took to the Specsavers online feedback page to share his experience and gratitude with the Dundee store and staff members. 

Mr Grant writes:

"I would like to let you know about my visit to Specsavers in Dundee this morning.

I had an appointment first thing and was the second customer in the door today - I was made to feel very welcome.

The male member of staff I was greeted by was very nice and explained the pre-tests that he was going to perform, and why they were being done - it wasn't explained to me on my last eye test!

The lady who did my actual test was also very friendly and thorough, but the best part of the day was speaking to Laura. I'm terrible at making decisions and she made picking out my new glasses a breeze and made me feel very at ease throughout the whole process. Laura has a fantastic customer-facing manner and is definitely the type of person you want to speak to when you walk into a shop, rather than someone who just goes ""through the motions"". It was a great start to the day!"
