Staff at Specsavers in Dorking dressed up for the town’s annual Gala evening.
Annual gala night
The store took part in the annual late-night shopping evening which has been supported by Dorking & District Chamber of Commerce for more than 11 years.
Dressed to impress
The optical experts offered mince pies and mulled wine to customers on the evening, and the store was open later than usual to allow residents to book in for a late-night eye examination following a busy day Christmas shopping.
A word for the director
Ophthalmic director at Specsavers in Dorking, Yehia Al-Omari, said: ‘The annual gala evening always gets everyone into the festive spirit.
‘By staying open late we were able to accommodate residents’ needs and get them booked in for a sight test at a time that was convenient to them during the busy festive period.
‘We hope those that visited us in store enjoyed their Christmas treats too – we certainly did.’
