After visiting Specsavers in Derby, one customer was delighted with the service they received from ‘well-mannered, well-trained personnel’ who made the visit a ‘very pleasant experience’.
Uan Gohil, store director, said: ‘We’re very pleased to hear about our customer’s experience in the store. We pride ourselves on delivering an excellent service to each of our visitors, and it’s lovely of this customer to take the time to write about their visit.’
A very pleasant experience
In a letter to the Derby Telegraph, M. Blurton wrote: ‘It is nice to report a very pleasant experience I had on the occasion of my biannual eye check up at Specsavers. Arriving slightly early for my appointment, within two minutes I was called by a very pleasant young lady who went through my records.
Then another pleasant young lady carried out various tests on my eyes all without any fuss. All this was done in a relaxed manner by well-mannered, well-trained personnel.
All tests completed, I was again escorted to another area to await somebody to help choose new glasses. There was no pressure selling to try to persuade me to buy more expensive ones.
All completed in well under an hour and by pleasant, well-trained, well-mannered staff.
