Specsavers in Dartford is calling on local youngsters to share their incredible achievements for the chance to win a top award.
The team is encouraging the community to nominate candidates for this year’s British Citizen Youth Award (BCYA), which recognises kind and compassionate acts carried out by children to aid charities, communities and society as a whole.
Selected winners will be invited to attend a special presentation at The Palace of Westminster in October 2017, where they will be presented with a medal by Dame Mary Perkins, Specsavers founder and patron of the BCYA.
The British Citizen Youth Award is open to all children who will be under the age of 16 in October 2017. To apply, please email email@example.com with BCYA in the subject line. The deadline for all entries is Wednesday 9 August 2017.
