John Robertson, former chair and current match secretary of Dalkeith Bowling Club, said: 'It is very important for us to secure local support, and we feel very lucky that a club of our size has Specsavers on board as a sponsor.
We have worked hard to encourage sponsorship from local businesses which is incredibly important for the ongoing success of our tournaments so we would like to say a big thank you.'”
Craig Selbie, store director of Specsavers in Dalkeith, said: 'We are extremely proud to get involved in our local community and Dalkeith Bowling Club is such a popular club and worthy recipient of our support.
