The team at Specsavers Dagenham is celebrating its commitment to customer satisfaction with an award presented by company co-founder Dame Mary Perkins.

The store recently achieved the highest score for customer satisfaction for the London division following a national audit by Specsavers to find the best performing stores in across the UK. Remi Anderson, store manager at Specsaver Dagenham attended the Head Office awards ceremony on Tuesday 8 March at the ICC in Birmingham to collect the award.

Specsavers Dagenham beat over 90 stores in the region to win this great award. Optometrist Gurjit Singh Sehmi says: ‘The team has always put customer service and satisfaction levels first and we are delighted to be recognised for our efforts with this award. It is great news for all of my colleagues and also, for the retail community here in Dagenham. Thank you to all of our customers for providing such positive feedback.’
The internal audit by Specsavers follows the brand’s recent national success, when The UK Customer Satisfaction Index (UKCSI) named it as the number one high street retailer for customer satisfaction in the UK in an independent review.
