A visitor to Specsavers in Cwmbran has thanked staff for their help in a recent customer feedback form.
Taken into consideration
‘My visit to the Cwmbran store this morning was a pleasure. I am a disabled pensioner and have to use a mobility scooter to get about. Helen could not have been more helpful, firstly by opening the doors so I could get in as well as helping me choose a suitable pair of glasses, taking my mobility problem into account for moving around the store.
‘She then made space at the table for me to be comfortable, making getting into and out of the space easy where I had the glasses fitted by Tom. He arranged for my glasses to be ready in one hour to save me another three mile trip to Cwmbran to collect them.
'They couldn't have treated me nicer or with more consideration and respect.
‘Thank you both for not making me feel a nuisance, which happens so often in other stores. Would you please ensure my thanks are passed on to them both and the young girl who I got my glasses from when I collected them, who was also lovely.’
