‘Today I visited Specsavers for the first time in many, many years. Warm welcome, easy and convenient sight test booking for 45 minutes, with a second warm welcome and appointments running to schedule.
‘The sight test was a relief, having struggled with eye strain for weeks. The calm, friendly, professional, well informed young lady (Sarah) was absolutely a credit to you.
‘I was then taken care of by Mark Edwards, who helped me select my two frames. I cannot commend this staff member highly enough. Well informed, helpful, honest, open, encouraging and patient.
‘As a nervous customer he displayed the most perfect and appropriate behaviours. Encouraging me to try different styles and giving professional guidance, while giving me my own space and never, ever pressing me to spend more and more money. He was fantastic.
