In a recent online customer message, the team at Specsavers Cribbs Causeway received glowing feedback.
Mr S Ablett wrote:
‘I was in the Cribbs Causeway branch on Friday and I wanted to give you feedback and thanks, after having had a very positive experience in the store.
‘I have quite a bad prescription, so I normally find looking for glasses rather tricky. I'll try a pair on, but then I'll have to press my face against the mirror to see how they look. It's for this reason that I tend to leave it as long as possible before getting new glasses, but after eight years of the same specs, I decided it was time to attempt to get a new pair.
‘I was assisted by a member of staff (I believe her name was Amelia) who listened to my rather fussy request for the style of glasses I was looking for and did a really great job of helping me find several frames to choose from.
‘I also felt that I was getting honest advice on which of the frames gave the best fit, as well as looking good. I had my picture taken with each of the frames that I had chosen, so I could see what they all looked like when I had my glasses on.
‘I was taken through all of the options in regards to lenses, and felt very happy that I'd had all of my options explained to me.
‘Before having the frames sent off, they had some minor tweaks, just to make sure that the fit was how I wanted it, and you even kindly changed the nose-pads on my current pair of glasses.
‘Again, thanks for the friendly service and positive experience, perhaps this time I'll be returning a little bit sooner for my next pair.
‘Keep up the excellent work.’
