The team at Specsavers Crawley, in The Martlets, are jumping for joy after the store has been externally accredited as a Platinum Employer.
The scheme, accredited by specialist HR firm Korn Ferry Hay, checks that high standards are being met across a number of different areas related to how staff are managed in a Specsavers store.
It is all about helping employees have a great experience across recruitment and induction, performance and talent management, training and development, and employee engagement.
Great customer experience
Kumar Keshavji, store director in Crawley, said: ‘Giving our people the best possible experience at work means a lot to us, which is why we are so delighted to have achieved Platinum Employer status.
‘We know that if our staff are happy in their roles, this is passed on to our customers so they have a great experience too.’
