Specsavers in Cosham celebrated its 10th birthday by encouraging donations for Vision Aid Overseas (VAO) and inviting members of the community in store for its official re-launch.
Recent re-fit to modernise the store
Specsavers, located at 46a High Street, is one of the oldest shops in the town and recently underwent a re-fit to modernise the store. Customers were invited to come and try some birthday cake for a small donation to VAO and staff donned their best pirate costumes for the occasion, donating £1 each to the eyecare charity.
Thriving Cosham community
Specsavers Cosham store director, Julia Moulton said: ‘We’re very proud to have been part of such a thriving community for a decade. Our store has been modernised so we can offer even more high quality eyecare services to our customers. We’ve very grateful to all the customers who came in to donate to VAO and see our new store, here’s to another 10 years!’
