Katie Patton, who plays Eliza Doolittle in the upcoming production of My Fair Lady dropped into Specsavers Coleraine, recently for a quick eye test.
Importance of good eyesight
‘I have pages and pages of lines to learn so it’s important that my eyesight is as good as it can be,’ said Katie.
‘As a cockney flower girl I think the frames in Specsavers are ‘abso-bloomin-lutely-luverly’!’
The production by Ballywillan Drama Group takes to the stage of the Riverside Theatre, Coleraine for 16 performances starting on Friday 19 January.
Regular eye testing
Specsavers store director, Judith Ball, said: ‘Regular eye testing is very important for people in all walks of life from actress to accountant.
'It was great to welcome Katie to Specsavers and we wish her and the cast well in this the third production by Ballywillan that we have sponsored.’
