Specsavers in Coalville has undergone a complete transformation and customers are set to benefit from improvements to the store.
The store now boasts an extra testing room bringing the total number to five. A new layout also means that all pre-screening tests, which take place before eye tests, will now be on one floor.
The new iHarmony model
The refit reflects Specsavers unique new ‘iHarmony’ model, which ensures that customers have a seamless and stress-free journey through the store, and ultimately helps to reduce waiting times.
A word from the store director
‘We’re delighted with our new store,’ said Coalville Specsavers store director, Shailan Ruparelia. ‘The refurbishment will allow us to continue delivering excellent customer service, maintain a fast-growing team and present an even more customer-friendly environment for everyone.’
There is also a new phone system which has created more space in the store; helping to prevent queues and congestion on the shop floor and making the area more efficient for both staff and customers.
