Specsavers in Clydebank recently received some great feedback after a very happy customer submitted a positive story about the customer service he received after visiting the store in January for a routine eye appointment.
He said: ‘The staff are always smiling, courteous and very helpful. I have been using Specsavers Clydebank for many years. It is a pleasure to come into this store and to experience the customer service that is provided. It is very well run and nothing is too much trouble for the staff.
‘I also wanted to say a special thank you to Lorna who carried out my eye test appointment – she was very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. She made me feel at ease and very comfortable and took her time to discuss matters relating to the examination.
‘I just wanted to pass on my thanks to all of the staff. Sometimes I come in for a slight adjustment of my glasses – it’s never a problem and the issue is always dealt with very quickly and courteously.
‘Your staff are a great asset to your organisation and I just wanted to say thank you.’
