‘As always, the service was second to none. Everyone smiled and said hello and goodbye, not just the person assisting me. This is the standard of service I have received on every previous visit.
‘The man who helped me made the approach to me and had everything sorted for me in eight minutes! I don't know of anywhere else – optical retailer or otherwise – that would offer this amazing attention to the customer on a consistent basis.
