Staff at Specsavers in Clapham are highlighting the importance of having regular eye checks from a young age by encouraging parents to bring their kids into store during the February half term for a routine sight test.

Half term sight tests

Millie Bryant, store director at Specsavers Clapham, said: ‘Despite eighty per cent of learning being accomplished through our vision, research shows that one in every four children has an undetected vision problem, which could affect their learning ability.

‘Our professional team is on hand to offer help and advice, and we have an extensive range of kids’ frames to suit all tastes, so I would urge all parents to think about bringing their kids into store at this vital stage in their development’.
