A word from the store director
Ross McLachlan, retail director, said: ‘Our team here in Chester-le-Street has over 80 years’ experience between them and we have a great team spirit in store.
It’s very rewarding to look after the needs of so many families who have been customers for years and years and who introduce new family members and friends to us. I’m really proud to work with such a dedicated team; we really do love our work.’
