The team at Cheltenham Specsavers didn't let the recent snow get them down, instead they took the opportunity to have some fun while encouraging customers to come into the store and escape the cold.
A word from the store director
'While the weather wasn't great, we were keen to try and make the most of it,' said store director, Melanie Brackstone.
'As well as getting creative with the snow itself and building a snowman, which we called Dempsey as he was wearing those frames, the team offered a same day specs service so that customers could wait in the warm while their glasses were made. We also handed out vouchers to the Stagecoach bus drivers who were braving the conditions.
'We try to turn a negative into a positive whenever we can and this was a great way to keep both staff and customer's spirits up.'
