Prehistoric creatures once again roamed the earth to mark the launch of the new Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom film at The Brewery, Cheltenham.
Dary, a 4m long Tyrannosaurus Rex made several appearances on the day and was joined by Topsy, a baby Triceratops. The latest instalment in the hugely successful franchise has also seen the arrival of a new range of Jurassic World kids’ frames at Specsavers Cheltenham. Members of the team from the High Street store were on hand to hand out balloons, chat with parents about children’s eye care and give youngsters themselves the chance to try on some of the frames.
‘There’s so much buzz around the new film so when we found out that The Brewery was going to be hosting its very own dino-themed event, we jumped at the chance to get involved,’ said store director, Melanie Brackstone. ‘The frames have been going down really well with youngsters in the store and it’s great to be able to support an event that’s being organised locally.’
Consisting of six frames for girls and boys aged between four and eight, the glasses in the Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom range all include the iconic T Rex Jurassic Park logo as well as velociraptor detail. They also come with single vision lenses as well as a UV filter and are part of the kids 2 free pairs offer.
