Specsavers in Cheltenham held a contact lens event in store to support the town’s Beauty Week (21-28 April).
The new initiative, organised by Cheltenham BID, was a chance to showcase what contact lens options are available. The store joined a host of other businesses in the town to get behind the week-long event which focussed on beauty and wellbeing.
'Keen to get involved'
‘We had a great time in store using the selfie board and promoting a message around changing your view and thinking about contact lenses as an alternative to specs,’ said PR co-ordinator, Emily Ashman. ‘We’re always keen to get involved in local events and Cheltenham BID have been hugely supportive of the store so we were only too pleased to be a part of it.’
