Last week, Specsavers Chatham won the Kent Messenger Partnership Award, in recognition of all the charitable work the store does within its local community.
The awards, created by the Kent Messenger, were born to thank organisations that team up with charities that aim to make Kent a better place to live and work.
A word from the store director
Olu Fayefunmi, store director at Specsavers in Chatham, said: ‘We are really grateful to having been awarded this prestigious recognition for all the charitable work we do.
‘It’s something the whole team is passionate about and we really do our best to help research and those in need, both locally and nationally’.
