On Easter weekend, staff at Specsavers in Chatham held an egg-citing raffle to raise vital funds for Marie Curie, a charity that provides care and support for people living with terminal illness, and their families.
Members of the staff wore yellow clothing and bunny ears and the entire store was draped with Easter decorations. Assistant manager Gemma Dale created an amazing hamper, which featured lots of goodies including Easter eggs, teddy bears, sweets, lens cleaners and cases.
An amazing achievement
Customers were invited to enter the raffle across the four-day Easter weekend and the store managed to raise over £190 for the great cause.
Thank you to all the members of staff who were working on that weekend and to our local community who helped raise the amazing total!
