A customer has praised the considerate service of a member of staff at the Specsavers store on Queen Street, Cardiff.
Mr Tony Day said: ‘Yesterday, in Cardiff, I had a free eye test and was treated by Georgina Lucas. I wish to put on record that the service she gave was top class and she was very considerate to an old man like me, aged 92, and an ex RAF Pilot in World War Two.
‘I hope when my double vision is resolved, and my thrombosis and cataracts are cured, I will return to your local branch for new glasses.’
Georgina is a newly-qualified optician and a recent graduate of the Cardiff School of Optometry at Cardiff University. She has worked at the Queen Street store for four years, while she was studying for her degree, and is an excellent example of the programme the Queen Street store operates, where it develops staff to see them perform to their full potential.
It’s excellent to have feedback like this about a member of the team. Thank you Mr Day!
