Charlotte Watts recently made the next step to becoming a fully-qualified Optical Assistant by passing her cert 4 qualification. Her next stage of learning is ILM2.
Charlotte started working at the branch in 2015, when she joined the accredited Specsavers apprenticeship programme, from which she graduated in 2016.
Charlotte said: ‘I’m thrilled to have passed cert 4. The team has been a massive support, and I’m really grateful for their help along the way.’
