The atmosphere in Brownhills Specsavers was bubbly to say the least recently, as optical assistant Jack Parkes was rewarded for his hard work in qualifying as a hear care assistant (HCA).
Jack can now conduct hearing tests in the Brownhills store as well as helping customers with any hearing aid queries and adjustments.
He can also help customers to program their hearing aids and make moulds for new ones if necessary.
Congratulations to Jack
Store director, Justine Page, said: ‘Jack has been with Specsavers for almost two years and has shown a real commitment to his career at Specsavers.
'Becoming a fully qualified HCA is something Jack has been working hard for, and it’s great to see his dedication pay off. Well done Jack!’
Jack will be running his own hearing clinics in the New Year.
