‘I recently purchased some glasses from the store and was dissatisfied with the weight of the thinnest-possible glass lenses (the fact that the glass is thinner but more dense was not made clear). I returned the glasses and was really impressed by the way in which the staff at the store - Theresa in particular - addressed the problem.
‘They were very attentive and came up with multiple alternative ways of improving the situation (re-fitting the frames, shaving down the lenses, before offering to revert to lighter plastic lenses).
‘Despite the fact that my purchase didn't quite go to plan, I was very impressed by the level of service - even when the store was busy - and will definitely not hesitate to return in future.’
