Specsavers Brighton had a special visitor this National Eye Health Week – the Mayor of Brighton and Hove.
Councillor Dee Simson popped in to meet the team at the North Street store to hear more about how they support local people with their eye health, and about the importance of regular eye tests.
A word from the ophthalmic director
Mike Horler, ophthalmic director at Specsavers Brighton, said: ‘We were delighted to invite the Mayor into our store, and she took a real interest in our work.
‘Eye health really matters, and getting an eye test is about far more than choosing a new pair of glasses. We can spot a number of eye, and general medical conditions, at an early stage. So if you have not had a test for a while, why not book one online today.’
