Customers visiting the Bridgnorth Specsavers store won’t believe their eyes when they’re greeted by staff wearing their finest frocks and smartest suits on Saturday 26 September.
The team are dressing to impress in celebration of the store’s eighth anniversary in the town, while raising money for the Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB). A stilt-walker will provide entertainment and a colouring competition will offer young visitors the chance to show off their artistic skills.
Teresa Hughes, store director, said: ‘We’ll be handing out mini birthday cakes inside the store in return for donations and we hope that local people will pop in to support us and see how well our staff scrub up. We’re looking to raise as much money as possible for the RNIB, one of our chosen charities.’
The RNIB has been helping people with sight loss since 1868, providing practical and emotional support.
