The team at Specsavers Bridgnorth have been commended by a customer for their excellent customer service.
After a change in medication, the customer made a MECS (minor eye conditions) appointment at the store to check all was okay. She then started to experience visual disturbances, so on the advice of her GP, called the store.
Acknowledging that she needed to be seen due to the changes in her vision, optical assistant, Luci Newell arranged for the customer to be examined the same day, instead of waiting for her original appointment.
Grateful for the wonderful service provided at the store, which revealed she was suffering from visual migraines, the customer gave the team a card and small gift to express her gratitude.
A word from the store director
‘Luci displayed excellent initiative and dedicated service to accommodate the customer,’ said Specsavers Bridgnorth store director, Teresa Hughes. ‘It’s delightful to work alongside such a devoted team who continuously put our customer’s wellbeing front of mind.’
