Customers visiting Specsavers in Bridgnorth are praising staff for the excellent service they experience in store.
One customer sent a letter of thanks explaining what happened in store and how accommodating the Bridgnorth team was.
Following an eye examination, the customer was referred to a hospital eye clinic with cataracts and double vision. When thanking Specsavers, he said he’ll ‘hopefully have new spectacles before Christmas,’ and then thanked the staff for their patience.
Spreading the word
Members of the team have also recently been praised on social media for their ‘superb care and patience’. The customer specifically mentioned store merchandiser, Chloe Baldwin, saying that ‘she took extra time to show our young daughter how to use the glasses and adjusted them numerous times to make sure she was more comfortable.’
Store director, Teresa Hughes, said: ‘Customer service is so important to us at Specsavers in Bridgnorth and we always find it extremely encouraging to hear such lovely feedback.’
