Specsavers Bridgnorth helped children from St. Leonard’s Primary School locally, to be seen on their route to school by donating 100 high-visibility vests.
Be as visible as possible

Teresa Hughes, store director, said: ‘It is crucial that the children are as visible as possible, particularly when they are close to roads, and the vests will help with this.’
‘We’re very grateful to Specsavers for the vests and I’ve no doubt that they will improve the safety of our pupils,’ said St. Leonard’s School Head Teacher, Mrs Ferriday.
‘We’re delighted that we are able to continue to run the Walking Bus activity which gets children to school in a sustainable and now safe way.’
St. Leonard’s Primary School is a Church of England school catering to children from a Nursery level to Year 6.  It aims to provide a secure, happy environment for its pupils, where Christianity is integrated into the everyday learning curriculum.
